The Cold Weather Shelter is a collaborative effort with other churches in our community that meets practical needs in the name of Jesus during the winter season.
With the economic downturn this year, Redlands has seen an increased number of homeless and needy in our community. This year, there are more families seeking shelter, whereas in the past the homeless population appeared to be more single adults.
The cold season is here and we need your help! Trinity Church is responsible for Thursday nights, 8:00 pm-6:30 am,. “We will continue to have drastic changes in weather from week to week. We will be prepared either way. We always have a great group of volunteers, ready and waiting” says Tim Breon, Trinity Church Coordinator.
Individuals and groups are encouraged to help and you must be 18. We will continue to serve every Thursday through April.
